How to generate quality back links
Download SEOQuake for your chosen browser. I think it works better in Chrome. I have been working with this for a week and the results are amazing.
Then Google any of the following replacing mlm with your chosen keyword. The dot edu, gov, com etc can be chaged to .??IE or whatever.
When the search results come up u can sort them on PR using the down arrow next to where it says PR in the top SEOquake results bar.
This way you will find some high PR blogs that allow u to comment
